Studying in the morning vs. Studying at night

I believe that the "setting" is the most important thing while you are studying, and by "setting" I mean the place and the time. For instance, I can't study productively in a loud environment, it should definitely be quite for me to study. And also I can't study when I am sleepy, and since I get really sleepy after 23:30 and start to yawn , I can't say that I am a study-at-night person.

Everybody has his own life style. Therefore with all your habits your studying habits change too. In order to find out the best hours you can study in, I recommend you to spend one day only to figure out your ideal time periods. You may try to read a book on a Saturday, and try to watch yourself by counting the pages you have read between certain time periods. For example, if you have read 20 pages between 10:00 - 12:00 while you have read 50 pages between 19:00 - 21:00 , then you may consider to study more often in that period of time. Because it is obvious that you can concentrate on what you're doing between those two hours.

Of course I am not an expert on this subject and I know that there are lots of environmental and psychological factors that affect our studying and learning styles, but I wanted to share my own experiences and ideas with you.
